Celadon Tripod Incense Burner with dragons Qianlong Reign , Qing Dynasty

Collection situation

Height 13cm  Diam. of rim 21cm
It had a round mouth (turned slightly inside) deep belly, flat bottom, three piller-feet. The stove was solid and heavy with light green glaze in and out. But the out of the bottom was no glaze. It didn't glaze too much near the mouth so it’s a little white. The under part of the stove was glazed properly so it showed a pleasing green and blue color. It was decorated with rhombus-shaped belt outside the stove’s belly but the main part of the decoration around the belly was six pairs of “transfigured one foot dragon” patterns.
The structure of the stove was heavy and solid. It had “animal-hoof pattern” feet. It’s obvious to find out the effluence of Shang and Zhou Dynasty from the decorations on the stove. The ferocious and mysterious patterns reminded us of the ancient times.
