Official Seal of Qinjun Rongqi Sanzhen Vanguard General
Collection situation
The seal is a national second Grade Cultural Relic, made of copper in 1676 with a straight button (rebonded after sawing). It is 9.4cm Long, 6cm wide and 9.6cm high. Seal characters scripted on it are “亲军戎旗三镇前锋营将关防”.
After the fall of the Yongli regime, Zheng Chenggong and his descendants still used the name of Yongli regime. According to the research ， the seal was issued by Zheng Jing, the son of Zheng Chenggong,was cast in the 39th year of the reign of Emperor Yongli (1676) by Xu Ding, ambassador of the casting and printing bureau。
Zheng Jing followed the military system of the Ming dynasty, and set up the road camp of three towns, army flag, vanguard of the army.
This seal is an important proof that Zheng Jing continued to honor Yongli in Taiwan. The seal was collected from Sidu Town, Zhao’an County.
