Stone adzes

Collection situation

    The 12 stone adzes in sequence of size are rare in China and were unearthed in  Shiku Mountain, Chikeng, Shuitou Hongfu Village, Nan’an County, Fujian in 1985. According to the past archaeological discovery, we can assume that they are funerary objects of a large Fubin cultural tomb. Xiamen is the main area of Fubin Culture. Stone adzes and daggers of Fubin Culture are found in Wushan, Tong’an and other places.
