Concave stone

Collection situation

    They are stone anvil and hammer tools in the southeast coastal area (Fujian, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Taiwan, etc.) from the Neolithic Age to the Bronze Age. They are stone anvils to knock oysters and snails or stone hammers for smashing. These concave stones are unearthed in the Tong’an Zhaizaishan site, belonging to the Bronze Age.
